Vinyasa

The Sanskrit word “vinyasa” translates to “intelligent sequence”. This yoga practice is intentially designed to move through postures with smooth transitions, each movement preparing you for the next.

This yoga practice is dynamic and fiery, focusing on strength and flexibility.

Slow Flow

This session slows the vinyasa practice down with mindful and intentional movement linked with the breath. Unwind and align your body, mind, and spirit with the earth.

This practice focuses on alignment, stability, flexibility and release.

Yin Inspired

Yin Yoga comes from traditional Chinese medicine that focuses on manipulating fascia in the body by holding postures for longer periods of time. Poses are used to stimulate meridian (energy) lines and open blockages in the energy flow.

This practice focuses on the lower body and postures are held for longer periods of time.

1 Hour in length

Bring a yoga mat, bolsters, blocks, and pillows and blankets to support your body.

Meditation

This guided seated meditation takes you on a visualization journey inward to find the calm within.

Sessions: 30 minutes in length
Bring a yoga mat and pillow to sit on.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, also referred to as a “sleeping meditation” brings your body into a resting state, while your awareness stays alert. This guided practice moves you through the points of consciousness with the intention to find inner peace and clarity.

Session: 45 minutes
Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blankets - get as comfy as possible!
